We have an addition to the trivial being network. Please welcome the "Halo Movie" blog. A website dedicated to all the news and happenings involving this latest video game adaptation.
"A site dedicated to the live action Halo movie adaptation, produced by Peter Jackson and developed by Microsoft in partnership with Fox and Universal studios."
Inside BBC
Say hello to the latest member of the trivial being network.
The aim of this site is to document and inform you of the latest innovations, changes, articles and improvements made at the british broadcasting company's (BBC) website and elsewhere.
Mt. Eerie Preservation Society is Go!
Finally we have a new member of the trivialbeing.net website team! It's been a while since any of the network has been updated and we've all generally been lazy bums. But, finally, EndofRadio ex. Physicist and forenamed Sonny, has got off his arse and made a website. Today sees the public unveiling of the Mt. Eerie Preservation Society: http://mounteerie.trivialbeing.net.
Maybe our community will start expanding from the limited anime fan boy crowd that developed from the Evangelion Action Movie news site. Maybe our topics will be filled with elegant english and grammar or maybe things will just get ugly as the indie lads quarrel with the anime enthusiasts.
New Sites Coming Soon
I shall be preparing a few new sites for your delectations.
My first project shall be a site dedicated to my ongoing interest in photography and my developing skill. It will have a profile of my best work, new techniques I have learnt, new hardware purchased, comments from others, journals concerning my development and so on. This should materialize within the month (probably week).
On another completely separate note, our advertising network has provided us with some good offers and reductions. Coupon codes, money off, percentages off, etc... . This includes top british vendors such as Dell, Dixons, PCWorld and Littlewoods. Click the link to the right to view these offers. My personal policy on advertising is to provide non-obtrusive yet helpful links to cheap and valuable products, to the correct demographic.
New Server
Our hosts, Apis Networks (the wonderful fellows, both kind and helpful), have shifted us across to their new server. Goodbye Nova, hello Vector. The transistion did cause a few hiccups but most if not all have been sorted now. We now shift data faster and provide you the all important information one second earlier (56k-ers sup?).
Trivial Being Version 2.0
In a sudden storm of fury, FofR realised version 1.0 was shit, served no purpose and needed an urgent revamp. In hindsight, here be the results, the visually stunning yet not altogether original, version 2.0. In a bout to join the sites and provide a sort of communal binding, short of tying limbs together, a new logo has been designed: Logo (Large) Of course this is the superdooper large overweight heavy version that will be rarely used. (It looks better smaller).
In case you think you are missing anything from ye olde site, here is the only paragraph of text I'll miss: "After much comotion, trivial being has arrived. It is here, coming live at you from the internet. Beaming at you at THE SPEED OF LIGHT! Woah! Super technology. If your eyes could taste, they would be enjoying a pizza and coke. If your ears could smell, they would be smelling them sweet red roses, and if your nose could see, it would be browsing this site instead of reading some random crap posted as an intro merely to fill space. This is a goon run site, hosted by goons. We are protected. If you have an 800x600 resolution, we apologize, for this front page has scrollbars at the bottom. This is an indication to change resolution OR get a new super-doopa 17"+ tft-flat-plasmatron (That is, if you can still see after staring at an awful resolution for so long). I'm off to be hardcore by drinking a 330ml can of shandy, so be careful kids, the world is a dangerous place."
